What happens before, during and after

Step 1: Before: the estimate and the forms
After you write to us, we send the written estimate and the intake forms from our portal. If you have past records or a list of your medicines, bring or send them.

Step 2: During: 75 minutes
Dr. Madrigal explains how he works, the limits of confidentiality and what he does not prescribe. Then the interview, your history and the rating scales.

Step 3: After: the written plan
Before you leave, or within a few days, you receive a summary of what we found and what we recommend. A follow-up visit is set if you want one.
The room
A plain room, and no hurry
The consulting room is on the ground floor in Mesa. For a video evaluation, you need a private place, a screen and a stable connection.
